Today was my first actual visit to the gym. I have been working out on my own at home. I've been running in my neighborhood and doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and some other stuff.
Luckily, my friend Andrea is in the same boat as myself and is my workout partner. Today at the gym we completed a mile on the elliptical, a mile on the treadmill and some work on our legs with the leg press and squat machines. Tomorrow, we will be going back and doing some more cardio and some work on our arms. We are doing our own ab work at home. I'm so proud of the both of us! I'm so excited to see how our bodies change of the next few months.
After the gym, I went grocery shopping. I bought a lot of organic stuff and some other things that are healthy for us, I of course bought some regular stuff and that's okay.
I hope this is a good start!
