So, tomorrow is the day...on Tuesday mornings I weigh and tape myself. I hope there is a difference from last week! There was one from the week before!
I've been eating better and working out even harder!
Today I ate:
Breakfast:
French Vanilla Organic Yogurt with Organic Granola Ceral and berries on top
Lunch:
Chicken Tuscany soup with no MSG or salt and high fiber
Dinner:
Tilapia, Corn and Pierogies
Snack:
Sugar Free Applesauce
Drank:
water or crystal light
For a workout I ran .5 a mile, walked .5 a mile, did some plyos and weight traning, and 200 crunches of differnet kinds.
I've been trying to do different work outs, so I don't get bored, but keep them at about the same level.

It sounds like you are on the right track. The biggest thing to remember is not to deprive yourself. You'll lose your motivation, and being hungry all the time is NO fun. So, if you ever feel like you're suffering, don't be afraid to add another small snack or two. :) If you increase your workouts a little more, you can afford to add a little more food.
